Quality work and customer satisfaction are our first priorities and we are delighted to report that our base of satisfied clients has increased significantly in the past three years. As part of our continuous quality improvement process, we implemented a series of rigorous quality procedures in late 2004. As a result, our Quality Management System was ISO 9001:2000 certified in mid February 2006. Notwithstanding, in pursuit of continuous improvement, we will be certified also according to the newly published EN-15038 European Standard for Translation Services in May 2007.
