Since 2000 International project management

LinguaVox provides business and corporate translation services for international corporations, management teams, HR departments, legal teams and communications departments. We manage multilingual projects in more than 150 languages, combining specialist translators, project management, terminology control and structured review workflows according to what each assignment requires. Since 2000, we have worked with organisations across a range of sectors on the corporate documentation that international business generates continuously: contracts, policies, reports, presentations and communications.

Corporate translation requires accuracy, confidentiality and a consistent professional tone, but the register shifts considerably depending on the audience. A board resolution, a group HR policy, a press release and an M&A due diligence file are each written for a different reader and carry different levels of legal and commercial sensitivity. All of them need to be accurate, but what "accurate" means in each case is different: a board document needs legal precision, a press release needs idiomatic market language and an internal training module needs to be clear to employees who may not share a common professional vocabulary.

Specialist translators with business and corporate expertise

We assign projects to translators whose language combination and subject-matter experience fit the document. Corporate presentations, annual reports, internal policies, legal contracts, HR documentation, training material, press releases and investor documents each require different decisions about terminology, register and review. Our project managers assess these requirements before the assignment is made and apply the client's preferred corporate terminology, brand voice guidelines and style instructions from the outset.

Where a document will be published externally, filed with a regulatory body, sent to investors or used as the basis for internal decisions across an international workforce, the workflow and review level are set accordingly.

Documents we translate for business and corporate

Typical projects include corporate presentations, annual reports and financial statements, board and management documentation, internal policies and procedures, HR documentation, training and onboarding material, press releases and corporate communications, investor documents, compliance and governance material, due diligence files and internal newsletters.

We work with editable PDFs, InDesign-formatted reports, PowerPoint presentations, structured spreadsheets and multilingual documentation packages. For clients with recurring content — quarterly reporting cycles, updated policies or internal communications across multiple markets — we maintain glossaries, translation memories and style instructions to keep corporate terminology, department names and standard phrases consistent across every document and language.

Quality workflows and ISO-certified processes

LinguaVox operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 certified processes for quality management and professional translation. For published, investor-facing and compliance-relevant corporate documentation, independent bilingual revision by a second qualified linguist, terminology checks and final project management review help reduce errors before delivery.

For high-volume, lower-risk content where machine translation post-editing is agreed as the appropriate workflow, we apply full post-editing under ISO 18587. Annual reports, legal contracts, M&A documentation and investor communications are normally handled by human translation with revision. If the documents are linked to stock exchange disclosure rules, auditing standards or local corporate law requirements, please tell us before the quote is confirmed. Responsibility for formal compliance remains with the client and its professional advisers.

Related services for corporate clients

Corporate projects frequently require services across legal, financial, marketing and communications disciplines. Clients may also need technical translation services for operational or sector-specific content, or legal translation services for contracts, compliance files and litigation documentation. For corporate websites, investor portals and press rooms, website translation services are available. We can also arrange interpreting services for board meetings, investor roadshows and international management conferences. You can also explore related sector-specific translation services for projects that involve several disciplines.

Interpreting and audiovisual services for corporate

For board meetings, investor roadshows, management conferences, HR training sessions and international corporate events, we can coordinate interpreting in the relevant language combinations, subject to availability. We can also organise voice-over, subtitling, transcription and audiovisual localisation for training films, internal communications and corporate media.

When requesting interpreting for a corporate assignment, it helps to specify the mode — consecutive, simultaneous, liaison or remote — the date, location, subject matter and any preparatory material such as board papers, presentations or financial reports.

Confidentiality and project handling

Corporate documentation regularly includes unpublished financial results, M&A transaction details, board decisions and confidential strategic plans. We manage all projects with professional discretion and work under non-disclosure agreements or specific data-handling instructions when the project requires it.

Frequently asked questions

Can you translate annual reports and investor materials into several languages at once?

Yes. We coordinate multilingual annual report programmes, keeping financial terminology, section headings, corporate phrasing and DTP layout consistent across all target languages. For reports with tight publication deadlines, we can deploy parallel translation teams working from a shared glossary and translation memory.

Do you maintain corporate terminology across different departments and document types?

Yes. We build a central corporate glossary and translation memory and apply them across HR, legal, finance and communications content, so that department names, process terms, product and service names, and standard phrases are rendered the same way wherever they appear in every language.

Can you translate HR policies and internal communications for international teams?

Yes. We translate HR documentation, internal policies, onboarding materials and employee communications, calibrating the register to the audience — clear and direct for employees, more formal where the document is also a contractual instrument. We can produce simplified or easy-read versions of key employee policies on request.

How do you handle sensitive M&A and due diligence material?

We manage M&A documentation — due diligence files, valuation reports, data-room content and transaction agreements — under non-disclosure agreements and restricted workflows. Access is limited to the assigned translator and reviewer, and specific data-handling or deletion instructions can be agreed before the project starts.

Which corporate file formats do you work with?

We work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, editable and non-editable PDF, InDesign, HTML and structured data formats. For reports built in InDesign, we can extract, translate and reimport text, adjusting layout for text expansion, so the final file is ready for publication without further design work.
